With over 30 years of experience in service coordination and project management, Jean Francois Ezhan Amichia, Frank, as he is known by those closest to him, is the driving force behind AGS - DICI. A graduate of Cambridge & Suffolk Universities in Boston, he has honed a keen ability to streamline operations and enhance team collaboration, resulting in successful project completions and satisfied clients.

Before founding AGS - DICI, Frank worked in the Health field with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where he managed diverse teams and oversaw many projects that consistently exceeded expectations. Passionate about fostering innovation and efficiency, he employs a hands-on approach to leadership, ensuring that every project aligns with the Commonwealth’s vision and Department goals.

Frank has also served as the Managing Director for Manhattan Group International, a New York based company involved in fostering business alliances between American and African companies, and helping seeking international project financing for some development projects in Africa.

When not at work, Frank enjoys reading and playing the bass guitare, which inspire creativity and balance in both personal and professional life.

Integrated Energy Security Company (IESC)

Given the poor state of the electrical grid in many African countries, Mr. Eddi Abrogouah, former Director of structuring projects for LNG and the Abatta thermal power plant (PETROCI), has established a new company for the integration of gas generators in businesses, homes, and other facilities. AGS-DICI is working with Mr. Abrogouah and his company IESC to offer integrated gas generator systems as standard or premium equipment in new constructions, providing reliable backup power to residents.
